Q: Who got hit by a car?
A: Danielle did.
Saturday we drove up to Fort Collins and met up with Danielle's Aunt and Uncle and two kids at a Gellato store. They bought us eats then we walked around the downtown area and looked at pots, blankets, and spices. Then we kept driving to the Danielle's friend's wedding. It was on a gigantic farm in teh middle of nowhere. It was a Buddist ceremony. The officiator guy was wearing a purple dress and rang a bell. There was a man there with a big beard. We told him that he remminded us of a friend in Chicago. Then he told me a bunch of stories about being in a band while Danielle moaned in pain from her accident where she got hit by a car on a bike while riding 100 miles per hour. My favorite people were stripes (mman with a striped shirt on), The DJ was awful, the champagne was excellent, and the ride home went fast. Danielle fixed my heater in two seconds in my cabin so we didnt have to shiver.
Yesterday was my Colorado Eb clarinet debut at Elitch Gardens. It sounds way nicer than it was. It was basically the recreation hall for the old folks center of north eastern denver. I played loud and proud. Wish you could have been there!!
